I held a joint birthday party here about a month ago, and the staff was lovely. We came half an hour later than the scheduled time, so they started the meter when we arrived (each party is given 1.5 hour). The party went on well and everything that we had requested the staff to do was done impeccably. Also, we were given extra time to pack up as we were so caught up with our activities that we had forgotten the time. So that was sweet of them to do, because if not, we'd have to fork out $30 (if my memory is correct) for another 30 minutes. But Kallang McDonalds is one of the nicer outlets to visit, anyway. There's an indoor playground for the bored kids, and the place is larger than most outlets (I've no idea if it's the largest). If I had to hold another party at McDonalds, my first choice would be Kallang as there is a private party room; the two party rooms are also adjacent to the indoor playground, so kids bored with the activities can just run out and play.
