Although their drinks is compatible however their staffs have ettiquette problem. Understand they are not singaporeans. I have purchased from Marine Parade brance twice and I find the staffs do not speak much. Especially when you ask more, they feel irritated. Once they even criticise Singaporeans are idots or stupid when other customers are still in queue. Aren't they not afraid of offending their customers. I think inorder to rate them they need to change their attitude towards customer. There are still rooms to improve. [Read more] |
