I believe the the above entry by Nicnic is my customer and the 'middleman' she was referring to me. Its been almost awhile and I felt guilty for saying harsh thing to the owner of the the Cest Naturel brand. Even though I do not know which side of the story from Nicnic and the owner was true, I think I felt guilty for saying unpleasant word to the owner whois also the customer service officer. Thus, this morning I sms her to apologise to her for the unpleasant words I have said. I told her I felt guilty for being harsh when I was so frustrated at the moment of time and my purpose of apology is not to do any business with her anymore, I just want to apologise to feel better. Being a customer service *** owner as she only provided one phone number, she did not reply and thus I called her. When she heard of my name her tone totally changed.
