Great site. Full of information.. The only problem is there's no physical product. Anyway, I browse through the site. Seems like they're promoting a book. Since I'm been trying very hard to lose weight, I decided to invest some money into buying the book. After all, $37 is small change compared to $3700 I might spend at beauty spas and slimming salons. All I can say is I've finished reading the book a few weeks ago and really started to see some encouraging results after implementing one of the fat loss metabolic plan! I just hope things will continue to improve from now on as long as I don't let procrastination to creep in! haha.... Anyway, there's 2 version of the book. For normal people, I would recommend the Elite version. There's no point buying the Hardcore Pro version unless you're dying to lose weight fast! Anyway, that's all I'm gonna write in this review.
