It's a bad experience going for photo shooting at Serangoon Broadway. They will definitely recommend you the 'EXPENSIVE' package and if you decide to choose another package, they will keep pestering you. I felt that their customer service are not professional at all. If not that my family member decide to proceed with the package, i would not change my mind and chose the other package. Their photo qualities are similar to any other photo studios.
