I'm not sure about the hairstylist at other branches of Jantzen Hair Saloon but yesterday was my first time visited Jantzen Hair Saloon at Causeway Point. It was a bad experience. Firstly, people there were hostile. Secondly the hairstylist whom attended to me was trying to interview me instead. He asked questions where I cut my hair before and after knowing that I used to cut at Jean Yip, he appeared to be agitated and asked "Why don't you go back to your hairstylist? and how much do they charged?!" At the end, I got a "Mushroom" style. When I'm making payment at the counter, it was astonished that the hair stylish could still pass me his namecard telling me that I can look for him again(?!) I left the saloon with sadness and look for another saloon to have my hair trimmed. However, my hair was too short and with many layers so the stylish had tried her best to trim it at least I don't look like a cartoon. I'm wondering, is this the way Jantzen used to treat ...
