I'm writing to complain about this brand's other sister brand, Vana, located at Orchard Central. (because it doesnt have a site for that branch at OC branch) For that, I would like to comment that the service quality of the is appalling and non-existent. And so, I was trying a few pairs of shoes before making a decision to buy the shoes. while asking for the second pair in my size, 39, the staff was intensely engaged in a phone conversation with her friend. For 5 minutes, she was chatting on the phone while ignoring my request. I waited for her 5 minutes before asking again. on the second time when I asked, she replied in a rude tone "Can you please wait?", as if it was my fault to ask for a shoe in my size. After which, she went in to get the shoe in my size but remained irritated for me having interrupted her phone call. based on my observation, it is obvious that the call was a casual chat, not asking for assistance from other branches. yeap. i just emailed the HR and HQ about this, and they just conveniently ignored my email. i guess that is what you get for cheap shoes =(
