I bought the system 3 fujitsu air-con in 2008 and problem surfaced within a year. It's probably not the fault of the brand but rather the instalIation. With the one year warranty, the serviceman from Winfinity came and replaced the gas which was supposed to last for about 3 years. Unfortunately, in less than a year, there's gas leak and my air-con was not cold again. I called Winfinity Pte Ltd. but a lady connected me to someone who did not answer the phone. On my second attempt, she told me to leave my number and she'll get someone to call back. After a long wait, I decided to call and ask again but she never answered my call.
