After watching "Gamer" @ GV we went to this busy Spanish Joint on the 1st floor for our Dinner. At first we did not have a idea to have Spanish food, however we follow the crowed and end up at in front of Serenity. The Hostess welcome us in a very friendly manner and lead us to a seat in outdoor facing Sentosa Gateway. The view was fantastic. We ordered Spanish Croquetas and Spanish Beef Balls for the Starter and Paella Valencia for Main. Spanish Croquetas were very soft unlike the japanese one. It was freshly done with prawn fillings. Beef Balls were delicious and something I crave to have it again. The sauce was good. Paella was topped with Seafood, Chicken, Chix pea and Capcicum. It was very fragrance and had used fresh seafood. The paella was not too dry, neither too wet. it was perfect! After a long time I had a very good paella. We ordered Wine Poached Pear for dessert and it was very refreshing Service was something noticeable too. It was prompt and friendly. [Read more] |
