Is it me or our fast food chains have been going down hill but the prices have been going up steadily? Long John Silvers is by far now the worst ever. The fish is dry, no vegs or anything complimentary and the prices keeps going up up and away. Anyone else notice that you can' get in touch with them to give feedback via email? It just tells me how much the company values the feedback of it's customers. Oh and customer service? The managers at Vivo act as if we owe them money. WTH???!!! It's just such a shame!
