My Experience with these guys was Pathetic and i have decided not even look at Chan Brother travels when i plan my next travel.The team they have to attend people's call have no customer service skills and they don't care about customers.I deposited 1200 SGD to them for my Europe trip for my honeymoon and due to their mistakes it got cancelled and they didn't are not giving my money back to me.I am a foreigner and have no idea how to deal with these guys now.I found Sinapore such a nice place and everyone cares about Customer service. But I must say that this is my first Bad Experience in Singapore when it comes to customer service.My personal advise to all of you guys..NEVER EVER USE CHAN BROTHERS FOR ANY TRAVEL [Read more] |
