hi everyone =) i've read the comments above and my sympathy to all who have suffered under the hands of NYSS. i can full comprehend your plight. For all those considering New York Skin Solution’s (NYSS) facial treatments, here a piece of good-willed advice: DON’T!!!!! On the basis of freedom of speech in Singapore, here’s my experiences coupled with my honest opinions about their services. You know how some beauty parlours treat you like royalty prior to signing up for a package with them, and then kick you aside after they’ve received your payment for future treatments? Well, NYSS falls into this category. Their customer service was horrible for a company in the service industry (especially the white sand’s branch!). 1. Firstly, rude and abrupt phone operators. 2. You know my consultant insisted every 2week treatment if u delay to later date she did not allow? U know schedule is my choice not your wish!!!!!This consultant should not work in NYSS....

Yup i agree with u. if on that day we have something on can't attend she will keep on call us and ask y y y.

they must have attitude problem .. i tot i'm the only one vitim, until now i know i'm not. hate them.. they distroy my face as well .. now i need to try claim my money back
