I have been to India for Ayurvedic treatments, and Ayurlly had the same feel, the best thing is their 5 star Spa facilities & deco, great. They have various treatments. When we first enter we are greeted by the gals, than they give us a profile card to fill up if we are 1st timers. this profile card will determine which dosha we belong to, than we can choose what treatment we want or you may say ur issues and the therapist will recommand the treatment. Than this is the most exciting part when they bring us into one of the 8 rooms they have, they also have a couple room with a bath tub.We get changed and lie down to relax and wait for the therapist to prepare the oil and than they come in about 10 mins later, in a way our body calms down and is the best for massage.
