Subtle Senses customer service really sucks. After making an appointment for a jacuzzi massage at Cuppage Center by the customer service personnel, Ms Jessie, when my colleague and I went there at 8.30 on 16th of July 2010, we were shocked to find out that there was'nt any jacuzzi facilites at Cuppage which was not conveyed to us when we made the appointment. There was no apology from the staff and the indifference attitude of the staff is very disappointing. Mr Gerald Lim, may have won the Entrepreneaur of the Year in 2007, however his establishment really sucks in customer service and it is such a shameful act that the organization has such awful customer service is able to win Excellence Service Award two years in a row.
