DISAPPOINTING I have not gone to Cafe Cartel for some time, and it was a last minute thing to go into CafeCartel Plaza Singapura today at around 9pm. (Monday) Unfortunately, outside there were no attendance so we didnt know if we could go in or we had to wait outside. we wandered around for about 5 minutes before deciding to go in after which one waiter told us to wait. After going in, it seemed like there was a shortage of man power. There were hardly any waiters around. The tables we not cleaned and nobody seemed to bother. I had to find a waiter to get it cleaned. he didn't do a good job of it either. After signaling for the waiter, the waiter didn't seem very receptive or attentive. He didn't even want to speak. i had the same diappointing experience at plaza singapura. I will not be going to this franchise ever again.
