I went to Visage for a hair straightening treatment (not bonding) as it's not available else where in Singapore. My apppointment was with Dominic, he inspected my hair for all of three minutes and then his assistants began work. The process was ok but not fully explained that I would not be able to wash my hair for two days afterwards. So far still ok. Two days later I went back to complete the process and my hair cut. Dominic was to be doing this, the haircut took five minutes (if that) and then my blow dry was handed down to one of his assistants. In total three different people blow dried my hair. I have never had someone cut my hair and then hand it off to an assistant (let alone three) to finish the job. Overall, if it weren't for this treatment I would not go back to Visage. I found Dominic arrogant and unprofessional and his staff unfriendly. [Read more] |
