Yoshinoya (Bugis Junction)

I had the most unsatisfactory lunch meal at Yoshinoya Bugis Junction, so much so, it prompted me to write here to tell people to avoid this outlet.
I was served by a China national lady and I asked to takeaway a beef & vegetable rice bowl plus one portion of Age Kamabuku. She didn't quite understand so I had to point out the picture on the wall. I requested for more gravy for my rice.
She announced my order into the microphone to the kitchen staff and when I didn't hear my request for extra gravy, I gently repeated to her to please put more soup onto my rice again (I thought she didn't understand "gravy").
To my chagrin, there was not a single trace of gravy or soup on my beef & vegetable rice bowl. It was as dry as desert when I went back to my office, just 5 minutes walk away. How disappointing!
Not only that, the china national lady didn't put in the complimentary mini packet of chili powder and ginger at all!!
