Based on personal experience when I went there for underarm waxing, the result was really bad (you can check photos below). The branch manager seemed to be clueless about the harm done even though she was present during the service. In the end after lodging the complaint and constant follow-up, the management admitted that the wax was too hot. However, I am left to endure the pain, scarring (and shame) and all the stress of what was supposed to be just a regular procedure.
Word of advice - You may want to consider my story before going there.
