Today is a fine evening. I ordered a starter. Pork Rib. The pork was not fresh. I tried 4 piece out of 8, and finally gave up. Called the waiter and had it returned. At the end of the dinner, the bill came, the pork rib (S$14) was still there. I asked for reason. The waitress hesitated a while and seek her manager for advice. She returned will a new bill, given me a S$9.51 discount. She told me that the manager said I have taken half of the dish. So I should some how pay for it. My godness. S$14.00 - S$9.51 = S$4.49. This is what the restaurant worth to protect its name and goodwill. Or was he thinking I tried to cheat him for S$14? I have nothing to say. As my comment left for the manager, he does not understand what is customer service and satisfaction. And most important, I will never recomment this restaurant to anyone, ever. [Read more] |
