Quality is terrible. The glittery flats for my 6 year old daughter costs $59 and within 15 minutes of walking out of the shop in her new flats, 3 tear-shaped shiny studs fell out. Studs superficially held down by a teeny weeny dot of glue in the centre less than 1/2 the size of a five-cent coins. The 4 metal tabs to hold down the stud were too short to get a good grip on the stud, and were flimsy and bendable. They shift with the movement of the soles when one walks. Screams MANUFACTURE DEFECT! brought back in less than 12 hours- JJ the operations manager offered no apology, insisted no refund, questioned how my child wore the shoes and gave 2 options. One, shoes back to factory, probably take a month. Hello! The factory made that pair of disposable shoes, remember?
