how i wish i seen this forum earlier. i signed up a package with NYSS on believing that they are diff from other beauty salon.
after my 1st treatment, my face suffered from allergy reaction. worry that i will suffer the same if i were to continue, i went to speak to the branch mgr for refund of unused sessions. i even showed her the doctor's letter on advising me to stop treatment. on seeing the letter, d mgr said that such letter can get from anywhere.
leaving with no choice, i went to CASE. since d day till CASE wrote in to d mgt, d branch mgr not even once contact me. much later, i received call from her offering free sessions. i turn it down.
subsequently, there's email correspondence btw CASE & NYSS. from 1 mgr to another mgr to another mgr yet another mgr, all give d same proposal of reassess my skin & recustomize my package. they refuse to refund. none of them can address d risk of me having another allergy reaction.
