Poor customer service. the guy assisting me is very impatient. i ask the price of a canon camera, he give the price and i try to look around to canvass. hoping to get a better bargain from this store I came back and ask for the price and ask if he can give a discount. but the guy replied in a very cold manner, he said that I already ask 3 times and there is no more discount. Delivered in a high pitch. will never go into this shop anymore. no wonder while other known shops are jampacked with buyers their shop has no single customer inside. [Read more] |

I can understand how u feel because thats what I experienced with other outlet too. I think I am juz being lucky to have good attn from a salesman named Andy. But I do agree some of them r quite badt
