Terrible service.... And I havent even step into the office. I had bought the offer through Beeconomic and the coupon expire soon. So I made a call in to book the appointment. I first call in to the Raffles City Branch. Answered by Angela. Her tone was so rude and impatient. And I was only just asking for the available date & time for next week. When I tell her about the voucher, she went on 10 mins to lecture on why book the appointment so late. I think she dont know it is busy people like us who is paying for her salary. I hope her management see this review and teach her the right way to treat a paying customer. Then I called the Orchard Hotel Branch. I am faced by another rude reception by Anna. I am just trying to book an appointment but I am already got irritated by these people. I dont think I will enjoy my massage there. But I had already paid.
