They are cheap but the worse I had ever seen! Will never try their services again even if they pay me. I paid peanuts and get nothing but wasted 2 years and still trying to get back my $540. They refuse to honour the package I sign and took 9 months to issue a membership card!!!(which expires soon after i received). When I try to do the hair treatment using the membership card, they ask for the receipt. Is a gimmick~~ who will keep a receipt for 9 months?!?
When I ask them to search their data base to show me and was shock to note that all their records are by handwritten paper without computer system and filing of customers in order of name is all messed up! (employees cant tell which is surname and which is middle name, etc). I have wasted a lot of time with this salon, they are only surviving because they are cheap!! without customer service of course...
All in all NEVER visit this place *WARNING
