Been there many times since it screens quite a number of movies, as compared to the neighbouring Shaw cinema at Century Square. In my opinion, the exterior of the cinema is pretty clean and tidy. There's toilets within the cinema. The service is also good most of the time and i'm glad that they have seperate queues for ticketing and F&B unlike some cinemas. Being managed by GV, it also has promotional prices for DBS/POSB and Safra cardholders. What is disappointing about this cinema is the cinema hall itself. Firstly, the rows of seats isn't as inclined/steep so when you watch a movie, you can see the shape of people heads which kindda annoys me. There also isn't enough legroom and the seats are quite narrow. If you are in Tampines and wants to catch a movie, i would recommend the one at Century Square, owned by Shaw.
