Beware! Do Not waste your $ to stay in this hotel.
I was pampering my mum so I take her to Singapore. I have done some research and understand the standard/Deluxe rooms are windowless in Scarlet Hotel. So I booked an Executive room with twin size bed (with prefer King Size commend added) through AsiaBestHotel.com (RMG Tours Pte Ltd.). When we arrived at the front desk on 26-Sep-07, we were told they only got Queen Size bed for us because the rest are fully booked. As this is not what we booked so I insisted to have either Twin or King size bed. They firstly put us in Room 125 but I realized that room is without a window and feel like a cell, and checked with the luggage man the room type when out luggage were delivered to this room. The answer was “Standard Room”, he said. So I called up the front desk to request for room change but they insist Room 125 is an Executive room with Twin size bed as we requested, not all Executive rooms are with window unless we have put such reques...
