Initially I did not want to have chicken breast meat for my chicken rice but that was what they have left since it was already late in the night, so I just went ahead to buy it. Normally I dislike chicken breast meat because the meat was dry, but it is different for this stall...their chicken breast meat was nice;D
This was actually like the first time I felt chicken breast meat was delicious;D The meat was tender and the rice was also considered nice.(: the soup they have with the chicken rice was black bean soup, and it was richly flavoured.
Bought the chocolate bun and I am surprised by the size of the bun, it was really big. Despite being such a big bun, it cost me only $1.30, which I thought was quite worth it.(:
The outer chocolate layer was crispy and the inner was soft...full of melted butter inside, giving a nicer taste to the bun. The chocolate taste was not very rich though, could not really taste much of the chocolate, but nonetheless I felt the bun still taste pretty nice. Given the price, I will try it again or try the coffee bun;D
Yummy rib!;D I was told by my friend that the pork ribs sold here was a very big portion, and no doubt, she is right. There are two pieces of ribs, with fries and coleslaw.
The rib was honey glazed deliciously, bringing out the sweet and aromatic taste of the rib. The only thing is that part of the meat was pretty hard as it was glazed, however it was still yummy overall;D Was really very full and could not finish every bit of the rib. If it’s for dinner, maybe I could share it with someone else and it will be just right.(:
Really delicious rib, would have it again if I had the chance;D
Tako Yaki!;D I always loved eating tako yaki;D This time I tried the salmon flavour tako yaki. Although I was I little disappointed with it, overall it was still nice.(: The salmon was quite little and could not really taste the salmon. However, I still loved the taste of the tako yaki with the fish flakes, mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce. As always, it was a bit crispy when biting the outside, and the inside was soft with the ingredients;D
Now we get to upsize our tako yaki from the usual 3 balls to 4 balls just by topping up $0.50, which is quite worth it if you are hungry for more.(:
Ham and cheese!;D Totally love this ham and cheese bun;D The bun was big and was just right for breakfast. The ham over it was big and was spread across the whole of the bread, and together with the cheese and mayonnaise topped on it brings out the flavour of the bun.(:
It costs $1.80 each for this ham and cheese bun, which may be a bit higher than other buns, but it is definitely worth the buy;D
Moreover, the bun still tastes as nice even when left to consume the next day. Yummy. (:
