Directasia is god sent! Never thought that buying insurance online could be so easy. Surprisingly, the price quoted for my car is cheaper than Aviva and NTUC! I've made a mistake on the online application form and I thought, that's it - I need to ring customer services and I will have to wait for at least an hour before I get to speak to someone. I was proven wrong! My call was picked up straight away. The customer service rep that I've spoken to was extremely professional and helpful.
