Me, Mom and brother ate here on a weekday afternoon. We chose Sukiyaki and Shabu shabu out of 3 options. The other choice is kimuchi broth, but me and bro don't take spicy food. We kinda regretted ordering the shabu shabu, since the taste was very bland. Mom said next time we can just take sukiyaki for both sides of the pot instead.
The meat is free flow. We ordered some plates of chicken and pork. No beef for us as we are Buddhists. In the middle section of the restaurant, there is a selection of tofu, veggies, noodles, eggs for sukiyaki and some condiments. Free flow also. I basically took 1 or 2 of everything. Went great with sukiyaki.
Service? When we asked for a bowl of rice TWICE to share, it didn't even come. So we pretty much just forgot about the matter an carried on eating.
I saw a sign where ice cream was available only during dinner time. Maybe I should come during the evening then.

Family and I ate and this restaurant for dinner after a concert. The queue was quite long & by the time we were seated, 10 minutes flew by just like that.
The ambiance was okay, but since they had windows and we were sitting at the window seat, many people who came here after the concert kept looking at what we were eating. Especially those freaking children. Very creepy.
I don't have a good idea on what we ordered, but we did order that minced meat on a plastic bamboo and some veg here and there. Oh and noodles to go along. We each had a bowl of rice. Soup was savory, I give thumbs up for that.
I guess you can say it was any other shabu-shabu outlet but one thing that made me, well addicted to this restaurant is the sesame sauce they serve. It is a tangy, sesame seed based creamy sauce that goes along with ANYTHING during a shabu-shabu meal. Went well with rice, meat, veggies and I even dipped it into the (expensive) oyster that we ordered! But the thing is, they actually do sell the sauce, for a whopping $50 just for one bottle! Crazy! I would have bought a bottle if it was $20 or so, but 50?! They're mad!
We will come back for a meal, before I go for my 'Girls' Generation Concert' this Friday. :)
We (brother and I) went to the airport to fetch my dad from his China trip. He said he didn't eat his lunch on the plane cause he apparently 'forgot to wake up to eat'. Went to Fish & Co. instead.
Got seated quite fast; I mean, since when was a restaurant full house on a Tuesday afternoon?
We ordered Ceasar Salad w/ Salmon, Seafood Platter 2 for the seafood lovin' old man, 1 NY Fish n Chips for brother and 1 THE BEST Fish n Chips for myself. We add-on some $ for soup and drinks for the platter and fish(es).
The waitress was really kind and considerate and pretty. We were amazed with the number of gold 'B.O.N.E's on her card thingy. B.O.N.Es are rewarded to the serving staff when they get a compliment from a customer. Go find out more about them yourself.
The soup of the day was Cream of Mushroom, really appetizing. Dad couldn't stop talking on the phone with his good friend(His good friend is JJ's dad), so that annoyed me and bro a bit. Salad came after. Like any other typical salad. Mine and bro's fish came together, really good. Selfish brother didn't let me try his NY fish n chips. :( The best fish and chips are indeed the BEST! Really crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I asked for more lemon-butter sauce to go with my fish. Chips were good, sprinkled with some cayenne pepper powder. Dad's platter was shared among us. Mussels were small and good, dory was great, the others (which I can't remember cuz I didn't bothered to) were really AWESOME~!
Would definitely go back again. :DDDDDD
~EDIT~ Hi guys. Me again. This time, we ate at Fish & Co. for dinner. Me and Dad. Bro didn't bother to come cause he was busy playing Minecraft and Mom with working. We ordered quickly, cause we were practically starving. Dad had a Japanese fish n chips and I had NY Fish n chips. We ordered a bowl of rice for me and papa to share. I also added on the $5.50 thing to get a bowl of soup of the day and Kola Tonic or Passion Fruit Juice(?). Soup of the day was Fish Chowder. Simply delightful. I got the Passion fruit juice. I can't explain the taste but, I really LOVED it!
Our Fish & Chips came together. Dad's Japanese fish came with this sauce, and he poured it all over the fish. Then he asked for Tabasco, ketchup, chili sauce, lemon butter sauce and more tar tar sauce. I was surprised that the waiter could remember everything even though it was a crowded evening. Like my other posts, Dad poured in 3/4 of the Tabasco and continued to eat that piece of fish, so I didn't try his (I hate TOO much spicy-ness).
My NY Fish & Chips were not very different from The Best. The only thing that was not the same was the small amount of cheese in the middle of it.
Our rice came after. We took 1/2 the bowl each and continued eating. One thing that really bothered me was the amount of oil. After I finished my meal, there was this pool of oil on the place where my fish was. They should at least drain it on a paper towel or something before serving.
Anyway, I love this place. Like last time, I would come back again. I don't mind having this pan of fish and chips as my staple meal!
I love this place. We ate here countless times! Usually we eat at the Waraku restaurant right beside it, but their service when down so we tried Korean food instead.
Dad, bro and I came here on a Wednesday night. Not much people. Once we entered, we could smell the barbequed meat right away. We ordered marinated chicken and marinated beef. Sides came shortly after we ordered. ALOT of side dishes, and the best part? FREE FLOW! I love the white mashed potato thing, sweet and lovely. The waitress told us that the potato is mashed in a machine with butter and a bit of sugar. The rest were good. I am fine with all the veggies served. I can't understand why some people had veggies so much. They are TASTY N HEALTHY!
Marinated pork was cooked first. It was really aromatic. I wrapped the cooked slices in the lettuce served with some sauce. Yum yum!
Beef was good too. Like the pork, I wrapped it with lettuce and put some cucumber and/or carrot slices with sauce. Ooshi!
I WILL come back here again. But Dad doesn't want to; he says its 'fattening'!
I ate at Wendy's on a Sunday night at the NEX@Serangoon outlet.
Not much people, though. I had a cheese burger, bro had a chicken burger and Dad ate his baked potato with sour cream. Also got some fries to share.
The fries were good and biggg. You could actually see the potato skin on some of the fries. This means its natural, unlike McDonalds' freakishly small fries. My burger was an average everyday burger, selfish bro (like always) didn't let me try his. Baked potato was good.
My bro and I got two ice cream cones each. It was really niceeeeeeee~~~~~~.
Short review here. Just an everyday outlet. I wonder why it's so popular in the US.
