BBQ wholesale. I can say that they are quite good, mainly because of their bargain for the basic BBQ foods, such as satay and otak, which, i can safely say, its quite nice.
Coming to its service part, it is quite okay, as the booking done online is quite efficient. However, when they called back the next day to confirm the orders, it was bad. the operator was so rude! words cannot explain how rude is he, but yes he is rude, both in his tone and voice.
Coming to the collection part, its quite smooth. Nothing was left behind, and i am quite satisfied with the quality of the food. For that kind of price, be satisfied!

My colleagues and I were planning a BBQ at our supervisor's house, and hence decided to order foodstuff online from BBQ Wholesale in order to save the hassle of preparing the foodstuffs ourselves.
I went to their website and was quite impressed by the range of items that they offered. After submitting the order form, I received an sms confirming the receival of my orders, and that their operators would call me back as soon as possible. And within the day itself, I got the call.
Very efficient, I must say.
However, the impression dropped. I was quite disappointed by the attitude/service provided by the operator, after the calls and further communications with them.
The operator was not at all professional and spoke quite rudely against a somewhat noisy environment. I could sense her lack of concentration, when I picked up the phone and yet she was still on the other end talking to her colleagues in the background. Why call when you are not prepared to speak to your customer seriously?
The rest of the call went on quite well as she confirmed my order with me. However again, I felt that she wasn't concentrating wholely on the conversation when I had to repeat myself a few times to make sure she got the right items and quantity.
One good thing about the service, is that it allows you to call and still make changes 2 or 3 days before the day of delivery. Furthermore, it is quite convenient as you can order online, transfer the payment through bank transfer, and just give them a call after that to notify them.
The foodstuffs were delivered in an ice box which helps to keep the foodstuffs fresh for a longer period of time. However, you may ask for a refund and return the ice box ($3.50, if i'm not wrong) upon delivery as well.
However, it was also not very convenient in the sense that, you are not allowed to choose the timing of your delivery. They have 3 certain slots for delivery - 10am - 12pm, 2pm - 4pm and 4pm -6pm, and postal codes are also in consideration when it comes to the cost and timing that they'll deliver the items.
This can be really troublesome as you wouldn't be sure of the definite time that they'll delivery the stuff. So..unless the place of the BBQ is at your house, or that you'll be there at the BBQ venue earlier, then it wouldn't be a problem.
For me, I had to purposely make sure that I was at my supervisor's house early, so that I can sign and collect the foodstuffs delivered. The time sitting there, waiting aimlessly for the delivery wasn't such a good idea as well. Especially when I could only opt for the timing 4-6pm, when our BBQ would only start at 8pm. >__
