Avoid this place as the lady boss herself Phyllis Tan is not ethical.
I'm having issues with them for my package which I bought in 2009. Every session, they will try and sell me something. Now in 2012, they give excuses when they know it is me & do not let me make any appointment, stating that they are full, even though I try to make the appointment one month in advance. The lady boss even said my package with them is over, no more left when I only used up half.
I know she is not happy that I bought the package for "cheap". and refused to succumb to their upselling and hard selling thereafter. Now they are not honoring their words and trying to avoid letting me come for the appointment.

-Their service is very bad. While doing treatments to me keep on talking to other staffs. Cant you focus on what you are doing ??!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL !!
- Keep PUSHING and FORCING me to buy her face products, which I have say "NO" but immediately the lady wrote on the tax invoice to make me purchase!! SO PISSED OFF !!!
- Please do not buy their NEODERMA products because it is VERY EXPENSIVE! You can buy it online which is MUCH CHEAPER !
- Kindly becareful with their TACTICS to make you keep on sign package or products !!
