mY FRIEND AND mE when to Best Denki (vivo city) intending to buy a DVD Player for his room. When we r walking and looking around at the LCDs area, we were greeted friendly by a few sales guy. But when we start and wanted to ask about some ChEap DVD player, most of them turn their back on us , some even prevent that they dunno we wanted help. What kind of attitude was thats ?.
Mayb no commission for them when selling Offered or cheap appliances.
Never for me to step into Best Denki (vivo city) again....

Mom bought a samsung lcd from this place, from a very very very friendly man who also sold her our new fridge. There was many selections, and the freebies was every cent worth.
Eventually we went home with the sound systems and the LCDs and have no complains so far (being a complainy family)
the reasoned out things to help us reach a decision, also carefully thinking for the fact that we're not like rich people or wad though his commission may be more...and best of all he is from fridge department or something. LOL
the Delivery man and the installation team was very professional and swift. We would have been entangled in all those wires...
Other Best Denki Shopping experience was great too.
