Blk 2A Eunos Coffee Shop

This is a coffee shop which offers mostly Chinese food with an exception of a western stall. The food served here are generally affordable and satisfying to one's stomach. However , the drink stall which serves as a stall to quench eaters' thirst is something which ruins the good name of the coffee shop. I must admit that the drink stall sells drinks at a very reasonable price but this is greatly let down by the cashier and the barrister or "coffee uncle ". The reason for the let down is that I have unfortunately witnessed them reprimanding a young teenage girl who had honestly given a constructive feedback that the drink tasted bland even after remaking. Despite informing the uncle in a polite way , the teenage girl was immediately told off harshly and told the girl to visit a doctor as she may have contracted diseases on her tongue.On top of that , this teenage girl urged the uncles to try the drink but they were insistent that they were right and refused to try it by themselves . It was very disheartening to see a teenager being embarrassed by the harsh remarks made by two adults. Upon seeing this , I made the same purchase as the teenage girl, which was a milk tea . To my horror , the tea tasted like water which made me felt really sorry for the teenage girl as she had wrongfully been accused. This post is not meant to criticise the uncles from the drink stall but it serves as a personal encounter at this particular coffee shop so that readers will be aware of the incidents that have happened. The uncles may have been agitated and defensive as they have been serving beverages for a very long time and they may take it as a insult to the skills they possess . That being said , I would really hope that others will not be victimised by their attitudes and do not take to heart of what the uncles may say.
