Great food; great Lavazza coffee; great ambiance but some of the worst customer service I've experienced in Singapore. Waiters confusedly managing all tables instead of being assigned to dedicated tables so no-one knew what you had ordered; iced water top-ups were non-existant and we had to ask 3 times to get one course. Wake up Borders Bistro - you will lose tourist dollars with this slack attitude.
