Carl's Jr. has long been known as the place to go for juicy, premium quality charbroiled burgers in the western United States. Today, there are 1,014 Carl's Jr. restaurants operating in 12 US states and 3 foreign countries.

When it comes to quality and a variety of great tasting food, Carl's Jr. is second to none.

With a hip, vibrant attitude, Carl's Jr. is well known for bringing innovative ideas to fast food. We were the first to charbroil over an open flame, which sears the juices and flavo

I like their Portobello Mushroom Burger. There is UOB discount for their ala carte items.

Their cheese fries is another of my favourite.

If you are going there on the weekday nights, it is almost like a ghost town, so there is no worry of having no seats.

I prefer the Seasons Ice Lemon Tea there, though I see there a lot of people choose the Ice Tea with lemon slices. I will add lemon slices to my Seasons Ice Lemon Tea instead.

Besides free flow of drinks, there is unlimited serving of pickles. If you like your burger with pickles, add unlimited amount to your burger.

honestly i think carls jr is more than reasonably priced.

i shared a guacamole bacon cheeseburger onion rings free flow drink set with my friend, total bill came up to about $12, and we could barely finish the food.

compare that to paying also around $6 at macs, but you get soggy fries, mystery meat and diluted milo/super bitter iced lemon tea/strange random soft drinks.

the gbc is..heaven. the spicy avocado sauce, the strips of chewy bacon, the grilled smoky beef patty, there's really nothing like it. beats botak jones flat, if you ask me. it doesnt feel as oily, too. like its adverts say, it really is messy. even after the burger was sliced nicely in half, there was quite a lot of mayhem in getting my half out of the paper wrapping.

the onion rings are the biggest i've ever seen, and it really puts bk to shame.

the staff wont offer you their sauces, but i like their honey mustard sauce. i shamelessly dapao-ed some home and they are good to put in ham-and-lettuce sandwiches. their salsa and mayo goes quite well with the onion rings.

i liked the fact that you can make your own drink concoction, being an extremely fickle person (can never decide which drink to get). i loved my iced lemon tea sprite lemon (:

now my only regret is not having brought a camera there..

Marina Square's one of my preferred hangouts, and many times I end up eating at Carl's Jr. over there.

Seating may be abit of an issue even in this rather large outlet due to the larger crowd over there, so try to avoid the peak hour traffic. Get there a little earlier, find a nice spot, and sit down to savour your burger(s).

My personal favourite's the Portobello Mushroom Burger. I am one helluva mushroom fan, and I used to enjoy Burger King's Mushroom Swiss - but no longer so, ever since I sunk my teeth into Carl's version of it.

Their Chilli Cheese Fries's not too bad as well, but be warned that it might be slightly too salty for some of you. The meat sauce and cheese's good with the fries, but the portion's a little too big - especially if you plan to have that with a burger.

Drinks are supposedly free-flow, which is good (and bad for those who wish to go on diets). I'd usually go for the iced-tea where you add your own lemon slices and syrup to customize your iced-(lemon)-tea to suit your own tastebuds.

Carl's Jr. is priced a little steeper that what you would get at MacDonalds or Burger King, but rest assured, the serving portion and quality of food definitely makes up for the extra you pay.
