I totally agree with slimshady that the restaurant's customer services personnals need more improvement. I was there a couple of months back with my gang of friends and we weren't happy with the treatment we got at the entrance.

There were 8 of us and the restaurant was not fully occupied. We were browsing at the menu while some of us standing around talking and waited for somebody to come out and say Hi to us however, in 10 minutues, nobody reacted. The waitresses and waiters just go about their usual business while whispering and shooting THE EYE at each other and nobody served us..

Finally after about 10 minutes somebody came, mumbled something not so audible and my friend asked if the dinner buffet was on and we wanted a table for 8... The waiter mumbled something again and we do not feel welcomed. Instead of eating here, we went to the japanese restaurant nearby.

The deco and the food displayed in the menu looked good and price I find affordable however on the high side. Perhaps one would be more willing to try it out, however with a more warm welcoming spirit would be great for business.

What economic crisis is there to talk about when a restaurant like this; located in a high rental zone with high overhead is not doing anything to attract more business?

I ate at this place like a year ago and I believe I should review this as this place deserves some mentioning.

At that time, my friends and I ate under the artistry of the Singapore Fireworks theme. The fireworks were to commemorate Vivocity’s one year anniversary. So got the right table, the right place and the right time.

Well, this restaurant is of Brazilian origin and they serve, as obvious from the title of my post, meat. Different flows of meat, sliced to the finest. And its buffet style. Which means the meat just come to you anytime. So we had varieties of meat. There are many nice meats they serve. Like the Medium Rare beef. Its not that tough, yet it taste like sushi, where it kinda melts in the mouth. Heavenly. Plus the smoked ham, where its so so so easy to slice. And downing your throat is even more smooth. They have this grilled chicken, and its like not that hard, yet the meat is as slick as the medium rare beef. Fantastic.

They do have sausages going around, plus lamb, well-done beef, chicken heart (yeap, you saw it, CHICKEN heart), etc. Speaking about chicken heart, I went to Carnivore on my anniversary with my girl, just that we didn’t try the chicken heart, afraid that after biting it, blood flows out like nobody’s business. LOL. Well, I tasted it and it tastes like………………. Pork. Don’t blame my taste buds for I wasn’t dreaming. It really taste like pork. It just feels meaty thats all. Nothing to compare about. Haha. So halfway through our meal, the fireworks were shown, lighting up the what would be a dull dark sky.

The customer service is great, where their waiters will be there telling you what you should know before you start eating and stuff. We also ordered a Caprinha, a drink consisting of lime, rum and some gaseous drink. And it taste like… bitter medicine. And downing it makes me feel like puking. BUT… the catch is that the drink was of much help because they assist the digestion of the meat and kinda do something to the fats. The waiter explained it all to me. The drink is helpful, but not the taste. And it cost freaking 12 bucks.

But, if you feel like a lion one day, don’t hesitate to try this place. Be prepared for a feast of meat so great that you will wanna eat vegetarian for the next few days. Hint - Eat slowly. Or else the beef will take up your stomach space. =)
