If you love them, DON'T BRING YOUR BAGS HERE!!! It's my first time to have a luxury bag for cleaned. I brought in my lilac Bottega Veneta bag. It's about 4 years old. There is a lot of color transfer from my dark colored tops, but you can still see that the bag is a lilac color. I received a call 2 weeks laters to pick up my "BROWN BOTTEGA". I thought maybe the lady who was calling me was just confused. When I got there, I was terribly saddened. My bag had indeed become brown. I think they decided to match the color with the dark color transfer. Aside from that, the bag had become really dry and cracking on the edges of the leather near the zipline. Did the chemical cleaning do that? Maybe they didn't polish enough or they did not it polish at all. The zipper had also become tattered. Inside, the suede lining was still damp. The lady was making up some excuse that it looked damp because of the aircon. I bring in my bag inside the aircon all the time and it never looked wet. I did not have the heart to hand my bag over to them so they could undo whatever damage they did to my bag. They might just ruin it even more. So after I picked it up, I immediately brought it to the Bottega store and see if they could help me. They offer lifetime polishing, which could help the dryness, but my bag will probably stay brown :(
