Everytime I shop there for my 'fresh fruit'... I always end up getting disappointed!
Today I bought a couple bunch of 'ripen' bananas to bake some cakes, but I didnt realise that they were totally over riped! Doesnt the staff clear these fresh produce when they look over ripen?
Prior to this, I bought some fresh strawberries, look good on the outside, priced at $5.95, when I sat down to have them, they were brown and rotten on the inside...
Again, prior to that, bought some grapes from them, when I got home, they were mouldy and wrinkled in the inside!
I must say Giant has fresher produce than CS...
I have been disappointed again and again with the fruit I purchase from Cold Storage Tampines 1.. other than that thats a fine place to shop for other stuff..
Cold Storage, please please ensure the fresh produce are 'fresh' at all times..
