I have to compliment the owners of the cafe. I really like the whole cosplay concept, it's really quite unique. However, the only key attraction seems to only be the waitresses, cosplaying in maid's costumes.
I can't comment much on the food, as I didn't try any. However I did order a glass Mocha Latte and as a Mocha lover, sad to say, the Mocha isn't appealing.
The question still comes down to, 'will I go back to support?' Well, if I had a friend that have yet visited the place, I would recommend and accompany him/her down. It's like in your whole life you have to at least visit the zoo once right? But it isn't that appealing till the extend that I would want to go back every weekend to have a taste of the food or a feel of the environment.
Yes the waitresses look damn kewl and very cute. The concept is really unique and I love it. But, I just don't have that strong pull towards the place.
Here's my theory...
At this point of time, as the idea is still somewhat fresh, with the publicity and the unique concept, people are attracted to the place. However, these factors eventually lose its flavor, and the curiosity in humans' mind would eventually be satisfied and thus die off.
Hopefully the owners of the cafe would be able to come up with ideas to continue creating that curiosity within the minds of us humans, so we'd continue going back to cafe. Otherwise, sad to say, it'll probably just become another passing trend...
But of cause, there are still the die-hard anime/cosplaying fans that would continue supporting the cafe. But you can't be depended on just regulars all the time. Can you?

Pathetic Excuse for a Cosplay Cafe
I thought this place would be a place with where you can find out more about Cosplay. I was expecting at least a small library of books about Cosplay, like costume making, make-up, props making, etc or some displays of costumes.
But all I get is a piano with a handful of magazines and waitresses dressed up in French maid outfits and being a little too friendly. With their projection screen showing a live EPL match and the almost all male patrons, I wonder if it should rebranded as a fetish cafe instead.
The place seriously needs to put more effort in developing its Cosplay identity.
