(ETIS) our italy and switzerland trip on 7 feb to 18feb
Eva is an experience tour leader. She's able to take care of all our needs especially our team was a big group of 29 persons. Facing the vegetarian couple, she's able to settle their rice needs with her contacts.
Facing the family which got experience pickpocket bad experience, she's able to handle their mental needs and accompany them to report police.
Dealing with photo addict which always the last couple, she's able to handle well and also showed her strong character towards the driver for not fetching him from the hotel when he didn't follow Eva's instruction.
This is not my first trip with CTC and I'll continue to join CTC with the good and experience tour leader which CTC have.
Other proposal for consideration is if the first day can allow passenger to have good rest, will let them enjoy better as first day usually has jag lag. This is not easy task but I believe CTC will plan something better for the future tourist.
