I was searching for a 8GB (or 2 x 4GB) memory card for my PSP camera and I couldn’t get it from the other Challenger branches near my house, so we call and found that the one at IMM still has stock. So we went and found this shop instead.
An 8GB Duo Pro from Challenger cost around $100 for a Scandisk brand (made in japan). But here is less than $100. And they actually have 8GB Duo Pro by Lexar brand (made in Korea) which is only $63 or $37 for 4GB. We found them to be soooo cheap!!
We didn’t quite check out the other items in the shop, but it look just like one of those small stores in Funan, selling IT goods. So, no harm checking out this shop if you live nearby. Plus, you have Best Denki and Challenger just besides it to compare prices (maybe that’s why they need to sell it at such low prices).
On the service, no black face but no super smiling face as well. But the storekeepers / storeowners gave me a strange feeling that they were still trying to priced the item. When I ask them for the price of the no-price-tagged memory card. They checked the system but seems to need to ask each other before confirming to me that the price is correct.
