I am surprised at the previous comment made as I am also a customer of Delcie's Desserts. Based on my personal experiences, they are all good. I have ordered many times from them and was also initially referred to them by my good friend who has strongly recommend them to me.
Placing an order on Delcie's Desserts website is easy and yes, i do agree the form does request quite a number of information from the customer. But most of the requested details are valid. For example, myself who is a milk intolerant person, would want them to know that I can't take milk in my diet and they did request information like this from me. This gave me assurance. My good friend who referred me to them, her experience was similar to mine as the person in charge took note of her nut allergy and advise her accordingly which cake was suitable for her. Moreover of all the cakes I have tried from them, they are all tasty! I've tried their mud fudge, blackforest, durian cake and their mother's day red velvet cake with strawberry filling.
I will highly recommend Delcie's Desserts cakes eventhough they are all healthy without eggs and dairy, they taste just like normal cake. Even my aunty who bakes also told me their cake taste like normal cake.

Sales order process is quite a hassle: it was difficult to order online - their order form requires so much details and is confusing. I tried calling the sales mobile no., but no one picked up the phone. Eventually, I made the order through sms and the shop owner & sales person quoted me different prices which confuses me even further.
Delivery service was not reliable: As we didn't have space in the fridge to contain 2 cakes - I paid extra for delivery at 1.45pm, so that we may serve the cake at 2pm. But the delivery was late (arrived only around 2.07pm). If that was the case, I might as well pick it up myself - at least I would have better assurance.
I asked for the invoice 3 times, and specifically called the day before to ensure that the invoice is included. Before the delivery guy left, I asked if the invoice was in the cake boxes & he confirmed it. But in the end, the invoice was still nowhere to be found because the sales person forgot to include the invoice.
Overall, the pricey cakes are only so-so...they lack the "ooomph"; it is like having fishball noodles without fishballs or BBQ stingray without chilli :(
The customer experience was really disappointing. Their service is not reliable; it was also difficult to get a response over the phone. Finally, the owner personally came down to give me the invoice and refunded me the delivery charge; even so, I don't think I will ever want to order from them again.
