When I am craving for herb duck, this is the place I won't mind to que for 20 mins. Shi quan roast duck is the best. You can request for extra sauce from them. But realise that the outlet in Vivo City will charge me extra $1 if I request for this extra bowl of sauce where this never happen in other outlet. Strange double standard, when I questioned to the waitress, she just mentioned is new policy. I will visit to DXE in T3 outlet soon enough to find out this new policy. Another must try dish is their gu chou steam fish. Remind me of how my mom prepare the sliced steam fish also. The ingredient no doubt are rich. Nothing too special for their soup as it cost about $7 for one person portion. Early bird enjoy some discount, but I can't remember how much cause I never an early bird for dinner. I remember my in-law have order their duck for the CNY dishes, the earlier you order, the lower price you will get. Hope they continue this promotion for the next CNY.

I lurve this place!!
I shall not go into how nice the food is.... haha...
1. Always go there early to aviod queues. And if ididn't rememver wrongly there a early bird discount...
2. If going late, make sure some1 is early to get the queue number... However pls note that they will only give u are table when everyone is present. I guess this is to shorter waiting time...
3. In order to order every food item in the menu, go in groups, it's more worth it...
4. frankly speaking, there isn't much choice of food... But everything is nice!!!!!!! Haha~
5. For the duck I normally order "hou zhuang" cos the meat is nicer althought slightly higher in price than "qian zhuang"

I went there for lunch a few times with my friends... price is affordable and food was quite good.. then OK... but now it's so-so.
Initially, there is a lady who will go around the tables and refill your chinese tea non-stop but recently I went there I was pretty disappointed with the food and service. Though it's self service but the server behind the counter was not smiling and dun look friendly at all. Haiz.... guess, it's just not my day....
For a quickie and affordable lunch, yes it's recommendable.
