i heard of my friend telling me about this shop thats sells beads, sequins and the crystals used in manicures, as introduced by a popular blogger in singapore.
thinking of stocking up some crystals for mani/pedicure purposes and not to be ripped off by some beauty parlour, i specifically made a trip down to arab street just to get my stuff.
its located at a place so difficult to find, even till now i have no idea how exactly to get there. but it seems like the blogger's 'advertisement' have brought many there as it was quite packed when i reach there.
indeed they have a super wide variety of decorative items but honestly i think they are pretty expensive. the manicure crystals in a pack of 122 (but who exactly go n count?) cost about $8-$10. even though i had purchased alot that day, coz i need to buy my friend's share too, the stubborn owner only gave me $1 discount per packet, even though i bought like 30 packets? and when i overheard, its like the standard discount rate to be given.
nevertheless, its still one of the cheapest store around that area. the rest of the similar shops gave me a stare when i ask for discount.
however i heard chinatown is cheaper??
