    The service was really poor.Some waiters were rude and they haven’t knowledge of basic etiquette: words thank you, please, I’m sorry are unknown to them. They don’t know what to do when they do wrong: they ask it from customer. The food wasn’t excellent rather average minus. They brought desserts before main courses; example ice cream melts during main course. If you like to get good food and service I recommend you choose some other place as Cafe Demo. There are many better places in the neighborhood.

      Never again Cafe Demo, Singapore Art Museum

      The service was really poor. I went in this café with my son. We ordered two different drinks, two similar main courses and two different desserts. When a waiter took our order he did not repeat our order. If he had done so, everything would have ended well. We got first drinks, second desserts and finally after a little bit long wait one main course. After waiting about ten minutes I asked from waiter how long does it take to get another main course? A waiter answered nothing. He went to check our order, came back and said rude: You ordered only one main course. I asked form my son what you heard when I ordered, he said: You ordered two lasagnas. A waiter did not apologized; he only went behind counter and tried to be out of sight end of time. When I asked a bill from another waiter, he complains occurred and then he said: “What we can do now?” I wonder is it so that customer has to tell what to do when they do wrong! Never! If they want / liked to be professionals they would give at least discount example main course without charge. Another thing, which told that they are not professionals, was that they bring desserts before main courses. Example my son’s ice cream melts during main course. If you like to get good food and service I recommend you choose some other place as Cafe Demo. There are many better places in the neighborhood.
