My colleague and I were looking for a nice place for lunch when we saw this new cafe in a new white building beside MOM. But amazingly, it was packed with people. They were selling set meals that offers a main dish, dessert and chinese tea for $8.80. Seems quite worth it so decided to try.
We ordered a fried fish udon soup and a pork rib claypot rice set. To my surprise, the claypot rice was really good! When the waitress took off the claypot lid, the fragrance of the dish seriously will make you drool. The ribs was also tender and flavorful. However the fried fish udon was just normal, alittle too salty for my liking.
Dessert was mango pudding. You would have thought that for $8.80, the dessert portion will be super small. But we were served a decent portion of pudding. Pudding was nice and thick mango syrup was drizzled over it. Felt like I was going to explode after the lunch, totally worth it for the pricing.
We saw many bird's nest product inside then realise its like under Dragon Brand Bird's Nest. Read the menu and saw they had some bird's nest set, will try it next time.
