Famebakers is an online bakery and dessert store which I happened to come across in Friendster. It's a good thing that I chanced upon such a sincere and talented baker.
During the festive season around CNY, I ordered some traditional Chinese goodies such as pineapple tarts, kueh bolu, cornflake cookies etc. I ordered pretty late, almost near to CNY itself and she politely informed me that some items was not available.
She also met up with me to pass the goodies and guess what? she threw in an additional free 2 sets of red packets with cute pictures on them. I was touched...
But the real deal was in the pineapple tarts. They were huge! and costs so much lower than market price. Most importantly, they were delicious too.
I say, sometimes you have to try out something unfamiliar which gives us a chance to find some rare gems.
