The coach is service is supposed to be good, but over the years, the standard has dropped.
The last time I booked the coach service to KL was a bad trip. The musty smell in the coach was overwhelming and the air-conditioner not working properly and the air was stale.
I was actually suffocating the entire journey and it was not a pleasant and tolerable feeling, especially it is a very long journey of 6 hours and breaks are few in between.
There is also no refreshments given(maybe after konsortium coach servie I expected more) but its okay.
The worst during the whole journey is that the bus driver is bad-tempered and of course,the uncomtable conditions me and my family members have to go through the entire journey.
Well, I could only hope it is better next time, thought I doubt I would actually dare try...again.
