There is a few stalls selling fried carrot cake and I chose this stall over the others. Initially after I ordered and got my plate of fried carrot cake, I regret choosing this stall because the auntie wasn’t very friendly, and the service weren't good.
The plate of $2.50 white fried carrot cake looks small too. The portion is quite little on the plate used. Hence presentation wise isn't very good either.
However glad that it tastes quite delicious ;D The outer is quite crispy and the carrot cake is really soft and tasteful. The amount of egg is average.
As a whole it is fragrant and nice. Really like the texture and softness. I hardly need to chew to swallow it.
The ingredients and seasoning is just right. Although it is a little too salty but still, it is tasty :D
Would recommend this white carrot cake based on its taste. If considering the service and other aspects, it isn’t that worth it then. Nonetheless, worth giving it a try for the taste ;D
