I went to the Happy Pay Steamboat for dinner. The food was reasonably priced and had a sufficient variety. There is a selection of a wide variety of soupbases and diners were able to choose 3 so there is a choice of everybody. As for the seafood, the prawns in particular were fresh. However, I do find the dining space a tad too crowded as the restaurant tried to squeeze a group of ten unto a small table. Further, the steamboat house claimed to have no record with my reservation. AS for service, the waiters were far too busy to clear the plates and clean the table as the food piled up.
